20 Years and No Picture but now I've a book

20 years ago I started searching for a picture of the James Baines and Co. Black Ball Line clipper Conway but without success. Conway came to Melbourne in 1854, to Hobart in 1855, Sydney in 1856, back to Melbourne in 1858 and to Moreton Bay in 1862 bringing just on 2000 immigrants. Today I've received my first print copy of a book on the Conway - My Cathedral in the Sea - A History of the Conway. It's being launched at the Hobart Maritime Museum on 14 November at 5.30 pm. It's been a long journey, but worthwhile.
